Who are we?
Founded in 2009, we're a team of supplement experts who specialise in importing and distributing premium vitamins and supplements across the UK and Europe. We started as two businesses - Bigvits based in the UK and By Nature based in the Netherlands before merging in 2021. We combined our teams in order to offer a more streamlined and efficient service for our suppliers and customers. Our aim is to become the largest and most trusted independent retailer of premium vitamins and supplements across Europe.
What do we do?
We partner with premium brands to import and distribute high quality vitamins, supplements, and wellness products to customers in the UK and Europe. With an omnichannel approach, we sell products to business to business trade customers and direct to consumers via our own websites (www.tradevits.co.uk, www.bigvits.co.uk, Naturprodukte.shop), Amazon, and other marketplaces.
We ensure that products manufactured in America can be safely marketed and sold in the UK and Europe by creating compliant labels for every product and every country, in the relevant language.
From our two distribution centres in the UK and Netherlands, we can quickly and efficiently dispatch orders directly to our customers with no added costs and excellent customer service.
Why is this important to us?
We found that many high quality, trusted American brands are not easily available to purchase in Europe. We wanted to offer European customers the opportunity to benefit from these superior products, without having to pay large delivery fees or import duties.
